He is dedicated to providing simple, effective solutions to the intricate Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA and Private Insurance lien resolution and claims administration issues on Individual and Mass Tort personal injury cases. Prior to forming S3, Will co-founded The Plaintiff’s Resource (TPR) with James Street in 2007 to address the specific needs of plaintiff attorneys in the multi-faceted areas of lien resolution, Medicare Set Asides and government benefit protection, equipped to handle both individual and mass tort resolution. Like S3, TPR rapidly attained distinction as a national leader in plaintiff-only lien resolution and Medicare Set-Aside analysis. Preceding his entrepreneurial pursuits, Will spent over a decade working exclusively with attorneys and their injured clients, spent five years as a stockbroker and five years as a corporate tax consultant with Meridian VAT Reclaim, culminating in a skill set uniquely tailored to the lien resolution field.

Under Ryan’s direction, S3’s mass tort projects are brought to fruition with utmost care, thanks to his attention to detail and expertise in this complex field.  Ryan came to S3 with extensive project management experience instilled from the Mass Tort Project Manager position he held at The Plaintiff’s Resource and his Project Manager post at Recovery Management International. A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Ryan relocated to Austin, Texas in 2003 to study at Concordia University.

As an expert in providing complex subrogation and benefit planning solutions in all 50 states, he has been a featured CLE speaker at numerous trial lawyer association events around the country. Clayton received his business degree from Texas Christian University in 2003. He later attended Baylor Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2008. Two days after the Bar Exam, Clayton immediately began his career as a plaintiff attorney in personal injury, wrongful death and consumer litigation. Two years later, Clayton became the second employee of James Street Group – Plaintiff’s Resource, where he served as Principal Consultant until joining S3.

Heather’s keen interest in law and social justice drew her to the lien resolution industry. A native of Katy, Texas, Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Southwestern University focusing on Social Movements and Activism. Before joining S3, Heather previously served as a policy analyst and legislative aid at the Texas House of Representatives, where she honed her customer service skills and attention to detail. Heather enjoys the challenges and rewards of working with all of the stakeholders of complex cases that produce ideal outcomes for the claimants. In her free time, Heather enjoys traveling and volunteering for Refugee Services of Texas.

Originally from Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, Allyson earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Rhetoric from the University of Pennsylvania, with a Minor in Religious Studies. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Public and Professional Writing. She adds four years of lien resolution experience to the S3 team, including her prior role as Medicare Set-Aside Case Manager for The Plaintiff’s Resource. With a dedication to maximizing settlement proceeds, Allyson enjoys the process of reviewing cases and drafting comprehensive reduction requests to state Medicaid offices and private insurers, and negotiating liens to yield the best possible results for S3’s clients. In her free time, Allyson enjoys working out and experimenting with new recipes and cooking techniques. She also volunteers for the organization FeelGood, whose mission is to end abject poverty through grassroots student-led fundraising.

Amanda graduated with honors and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from California State University Long Beach in 2003.   While attending undergraduate school, Amanda found a real passion for justice and protecting consumer rights.   She wrote her thesis on “Using Tort Law as a Means of Social Change” and attended the Panetta Public Policy Institute’s Congressional Internship Program. Amanda received her Juris Doctorate in 2007 from Chapman Law School in Orange County, California. After passing the California bar exam, Amanda served as an attorney at the Andrews Thornton Law Firm, where she successfully represented injured plaintiffs on several large-scale litigations. Two years later, Amanda moved to Northern California, where she focused on plaintiffs in single event personal injury cases, which she found incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. During her years in practice, she was very active in the American Association for Justice and served as their West Coast Manager, where she worked diligently to bring awareness to AAJ’s mission and their legislative efforts on behalf of the legal community. Additionally, Amanda was affiliated with the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, and in 2012, Amanda won CAOC’s New Lawyer of the Year Award.   Amanda also helped mentor the first graduating class for the University Of Irvine School Of Law and continues to support Public Justice.

A native of Austin, Texas, Ryan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Tarleton State University. Prior to his tenure at S3, Ryan worked at law firm Norton Rose Fulbright for seven years, focusing his attention on the Life Sciences team, where he gained valuable experience navigating the inner workings of mass torts and communicating efficiently with plaintiff firms. As a former professional basketball player in Europe, Ryan enjoys a healthy and fit lifestyle and loves to run the trail on Lady Bird Lake. He is an avid movie buff and can quote lines from pretty much every movie he’s ever seen.
